Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

PRICES
All prices are in GBP, including VAT where applicable. If you are resident outside the European Union you will be refunded VAT tax where applicable on dispatch and you are responsible for applicable taxes and custom fees according to your country’s policy.

PAYMENT
We only accept card payment such as VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, American Express. Your order cannot be dispatched until the payment has cleared. If you have any problems paying for your order using our secure payment system, please email us at enquiries@sportsshadesonline.com

ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you registered when you placed your order. Once processed, we will email you at this address with an estimated delivery date. Further information may be required for an order to be processed.

Orders received after 4pm GMT Monday to Thursday and after 3pm GMT on a Friday will be proessed the next working day.

COLOURS AND IMAGES
We try to show the colours of the products as exact as possible but we cannot guarantee that the colours seen on screen are the same as in reality. How colours are perceived depend, in part,on your computer and your screen settings.

ONLINE VOUCHERS & GIFT VOUCHERS

Terms & Conditions applicable to Sports Shades Online Vouchers:

1. Limit one promotional voucher per person, per offer and one promotional voucher per order.

2. The promotional vouchers may only be redeemed at our web site www.sportsshadesonline.com toward the purchase of products on the Sports Shades Online web site. They cannot be redeemed at a store or via mail order.

3. A minimum purchase value may apply which is exclusive of any postage and packing or delivery charges.

4. Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to orders already placed with us.

5. Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.

6. Each promotional voucher has a cash value of GBP 0.001 and is not transferable or assignable.

7. Certain products may be exempt from promotional offers.

8. Sports Shades Online reserves the right to cancel online vouchers at any time.

9. Our normal Sports Shades Online terms and conditions of use as set out below also apply.
