The Gold Iridium lens is an excellent all purpose lens for extremely sunny conditions. It is contrast enhancing and the Iridium coating reduces glare. As this lens is vented it improves air flow and so helps keep you cool. All Oakley Radar lenses have an Oakley Hydrophobic coating which repels water, oils and dust.
Lens filters are categorized from 0 to 4 with 4 being the darkest lens. A category of no more than 3 is recommended for driving.
