If you already own an Adidas Adivista sunglass be it Large A164 or Small A165, you can adapt it to make it into a pair of prescription sunglasses by purchasing an optical adapter and tinted prescription sunglass lenses for it.

The optical adapter turns Adivista into a glazeable sunglass frame. The optical adapter is pictured before and after it has been glazed with prescription sunglass lenses. The Adivista sunglass is pictured with an optical adapter fitted before it has been glazed and afterwards with a pair of Grey tinted polycarbonate prescription lenses with a blue mirror coating. You can of course choose a different colour mirror coating or none at all.

The original sunglass lenses come out of the Adivista sunglass frame and the optical adapter clips into it and is glazed with tinted polycarbonate or Trivex prescription sunglass lenses of your choice. Please note that when the Adivista is glazed in this way the lenses are more rounded in shape than as in the non precription Adivista sunglasses in the first picture.
