they start off deactivated with a light Grey tint (light transmission 83%) and fully darken to Dark Grey (light transmission 10%)
and they go darkest in higher temperatures making them ideal for use in hot countries.
Transitions XTRActive single vision (SV) prescription (Rx) lenses are suitable for prescriptions with combined SPH of up to +6 to -9 D with opposite CYLs to 3.
These lenses are also suitable for 8 base wrapped sunglasses for prescription of combined SPH of up to +4 to -3 D with opposite CYLS to 3. They are available in either slightly thinner than standard 1.53 refractive index or 1.59 Polycarbonate on this page or in thinner again 1.67 index material via related products.
The tougher and lighter polycarbonate lens material is perfect for sports use.
