The Rx inserts can be glazed with prescription lenses and then clipped in behind the sunglass lens instantly turning them into a pair of prescription sports sunglasses. This is what Adidas mean by 'Rx Ready' sunglasses or goggles. You can just as easily remove the insert as necessary ready for next time.
