These are the prescription (Rx) insert choices for the Adidas On Par II sunglasses, Large/Small size (A152/A153). Please choose your Rx insert type and size of sunglass you will be using it with.
These inserts can be glazed with prescription lenses and then clipped in behind the sunglass lenses.
