These are the prescription (Rx) insert choices for the Adidas Evil Eye sunglasses. Please choose your insert type and which sunglass size you need it for, A266 Large or A267 Small. These Rx inserts can be glazed with prescription lenses and then clipped in behind the sunglass lenses.

The rimless insert lenses are a little more expensive but the finished job is cosmetically superior, the insert is easier to clip in and out and there is much less visual interference than with the rimmed insert.
